Michele is a senior attorney in Goldman Sachs’ Legal Department and a member of the Derivatives Legal team advising Goldman Sachs Asset Management.  Michele joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 and through July 2017 was a member of the Derivatives and Commodities Legal team advising the OTC derivatives businesses on the dealer side of the firm.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Michele worked as a Vice President and Senior Counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co. advising first its financial futures and later its OTC derivatives businesses. Prior legal experience includes work at Prudential Securities Inc., the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.

Michele received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
