Kristen is the Head of Capital Markets for the Americas at the Private Bank. She is responsible for managing a team of capital markets professionals which interacts with clients to deliver cross asset solutions that can be incorporated into a core portfolio as well as providing tactical trading strategies.

Previously, Kristen was Head of Investments for the East Region of North America at the Private Bank. In this role, she led a team of Investment Counselors who provided ultra-high net worth clients with investments strategies across all asset classes.

Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades in Capital Markets leading teams at Citi, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan. A fluent Spanish speaker, Kristen has extensive experience covering clients in both North America and Latin America and speaks regularly at industry conferences, presenting in both English and Spanish.

Kristen holds a BA in Economics and Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Notre Dame (summa cum laude) and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Carolina Jannicelli is a Managing Director and Head of the Law Firm Group at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She and her team advice wealthy families and individuals on all aspects of their balance sheet, including investments, cash management, lending and estate planning. At the heart of their advice is each client’s customized financial plan. Carolina’s past roles include building the Latin America High Net Worth business at J.P. Morgan and leading Asset & Wealth Management’s global strategy for developing Advisor talent. She began her career with J.P. Morgan in 1996 at the Investment Bank, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Capital Markets. Carolina obtained her Bachelor’s in finance and investments at Babson College, and her Master’s in the History of Art and Design at the Pratt Institute. Her thesis, “The Chase Manhattan Bank: A Legacy of Art in the Workplace,” chronicles David Rockefeller’s vision in building what is today the JPMorgan Chase art collection.Carolina is on the Corporate Advisory Board of UnidosUS, co-chairs the Board of Lineage Project, which brings mindfulness practices to incarcerated and vulnerable youth, and is a member of the Arts of the Americas Circle at the Americas Society in New York City.

Candice is the US Head of Market Strategy within Strategic Advisory Solutions. She is responsible for economic and market strategy, along with client engagement on investment solutions. Her areas of expertise include Womenomics, ESG and Impact Investing, and emerging markets. Candice has been with Goldman Sachs for 20 years. Prior to her current role, Candice worked in Fundamental Equity Product Management, Institutional Sales with a focus on relationship management and business development, and as a team leader for institutional equity in portfolio administration. Candice earned a B.S. in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School.
