Context of Job:

The Markets Financial Institutions Sales- Trading and solutions teams continues to be a reliable and dependable asset to the Markets division in North American and the wider wholesale banking group. This team provides Risk Management products and solutions to a wide range of external clients and internal stakeholders. These Risk Management Products include, but are not limited to, Interest rates, Foreign Exchange, Commodity, Money Market and Fixed Income. This person will learn the intricacies of these products, the Markets they are traded in and internal systems that support them. The goal of the role is to develop this person to be a key support to the desk and over time achieve strong results for the Markets organization.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

To provide support for the Markets NA Trading team and the Financial Instructions Sales and Solutions teams. To use entry-level skills to help develop system infrastructure To learn all desk systems, the FI client base, internal stakeholders and the Risk Management products traded on the desk. To develop themselves with the intention of becoming a source of revenue generation.

Key Relationships:

This person will establish relationships with all of the key stakeholders. This includes the Financial Institution Client base, trading desks located in London, Asia and Utrecht, Back Office and Middle Office personal and System support staff. This person will also be tasked with develop relationships with other departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Risk

Essential Qualifications:

​* BA/BS degree in Finance, Engineering or Economics from Top University
