The Diversity Recruiting team is pleased to launch the third annual Career Pivot Series. This virtual program is designed for external professionals looking to make a career transition and give the firm the opportunity to source, coach and advocate for high-potential and experienced diverse candidates.

2022 Program Dates 
Monday, January 24 – Friday, February 25

Program Overview 
The series consists of five modules over the course of five weeks. Participants can opt-in to all modules or pick those that are most relevant to them.

  • Module 1 – Communicating Impact Through Your Resume
  • Module 2 – Building an Effective Network
  • Module 3 – Finding Your Best-Fit Role
  • Module 4 – Acing Your Interviews
  • Module 5 – Getting to Know Goldman Sachs

Eligibility Requirements 
The Career Pivot Series focuses on external professionals with at least one year of work experience seeking to make a career transition. Professionals who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, veterans and/or women are strongly encouraged to apply.
