The CFTC has re-opened the comment period for Position Limits and Aggregation Limits in conjunction with the CFTC’s Energy and Environmental Markets Advisory Committee meeting. In its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, the CFTC also provides in a chart counts of the unique persons over percentages of the 28 proposed position limit levels over the 2013-2014 time period.
