Alejandra Glass serves as Managing Director, Head of First Line Resilience and Control at DTCC, where she oversees the firm’s Office of Recovery & Resolution Planning and Business Resilience in support of the organization’s Clearing and Securities Services. Within this role, she leads the strategy and execution of an integrated and robust risk management program focused on the comprehensive management of risk, resilience and governance priorities across DTCC’s clients. Her leadership has resulted in the establishment of innovative solutions and continued progression in maturing DTCC’s risk framework.

Alejandra is the Co-Chair for the International Securities Services Association Operational Resilience working group and a former member of the Recovery, Resolution and Resilience working group.

Alejandra has over 27 years of experience in financial services including expertise in process engineering, analytical problem-solving, business continuity, operational resilience, strategic action plan formulation and leveraging design thinking to minimize costs and increase operational efficiencies. Her experience spans various disciplines including Fixed Income, Technology, Wealth Management and Securities Backed Lending.

Throughout her career, Alejandra has championed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives through various networks and volunteer activities. She also served as the Executive Sponsor for UNIDOS, DTCC’s Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG). She is committed to excellence and inspires her team and other stakeholders to deliver impactful change.
